East Usambara Forest Landscape Restoration Project launch this afternoon, graced by Korogwe DED Alfani Magani & Ag. Mkinga DED Omari Mashaka

DED is the head of the executive wing of the district council

WWF Tanzania’s National Forest Programme, through its Trillion Trees Project, has just put pen to paper and signed a contract with two Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) – 4H Tanzania and Friends of Usambara – in a bold new step to tackle rampant deforestation and degradation of the Usambara Mountains.
